The latest collection by Kristmess Designs is a cute one! It is called Country Bumpkin and it has everything to do with farming! It is packed with animals which you can find on a farm and the little country girl and boy makes it complete.

Small world - USA

It has been a while ago since my last post. Reason: my hubby and I were enjoying a lovely vacation! But back home again there are a few kits to work with. The first kit I worked with is favorite. It is in the range Small world by Kristmess Designs. This time it concerns the USA. I love to make travel pages!

This week it is time again voor the Picklebarrel at Pickleberrypop. All packs are only $1 each! And you know what is fun, all packs are in the same colorscheme so you can build your own kit from all different designers. Kathryn Estry's collection is called Robo Dudes. And as the name suggests it is all about robots!

Good old days

It is almost Mother's Day and it makes me a bit sad. My mother passed away in 2014 and there are some days when I miss her terribly. Everywhere you see advertisements for presents and even in the scrapbooking world you see a lot of collections to honour your mother. Kristmess Designs has this sweet collection which is called Dear Mother. It is part of BYOC (Build your own collection), which means that every pack is only $1 for a limited time.

This is my creation. I love this photo of my mother and myself.

iNSD Weekend! Searching for bargains. Kathryn Estry has two new collections for this event. One of them is called Heels. Of course it is all about shoes!

I myself don't wear high heels, I just can't walk on them. So I scrapped about it!

Cuteness overload

Every first days of the month it is Buffet time at Gingerscraps. For a limited time are all individual pack of the buffet $1. A bargain isn't it? The collection by Kristmess Designs this month is called Hamlet & Co. This collection is all about hamsters. But I've seen pages without hamster photos which proves this collection is versatile!

House rules is an older kit by Kathryn Estry, now released at Pickleberrypop. Love the color combination, orange green, blue and brown, so lovely.Kathryn says about this bundle : "House Rules is a digital scrapbooking kit for all of our families. Work hard. Use good manners. Traffic mirrors

Last week my husband and I went for a few days to the UK. We wanted to visit Bath and the surroundings. On the first day we made a walk in the neighbourhood of our hotel in Limpley Stokes. On a small shed I saw thes traffic mirrors. I had to make some photos!

For this scrap I used Small world UK by Kristmess Designs and a template by Craft-tastrophic.

The Paleontologist

Who doesn't like Jurassic parc? Dino's are scary but also impressive. In this new collection of Kristmess Designs dino's are cute. The kit is called The Paleontologist. Packed with lot's of dino's, caveman and bones! It is part of the Gingerscraps buffet, so be quick now it is still on sale!

Forever Love

It is an older collection by Kathryn Estry, but it is still a gorgeous one. It is called Forever Love. I created this page with two photos of my first Birthday (February 16, 1956). Text on the page goes as follows:

On my first Birthday my parents hired a photographer for a photoshoot. I got a new dress and I got my first shoes. White leather with a little bit of fur on the top. When my mother passed away in 2014 we had to clear her house and to my surprise we found my first shoes in the original box they were bought in. Such a great treasure to find!

Bunny Love

February already, month of love. All scrap communities are having new kits released and there are a lot of kits about love. Also all new challenges this month are about love!
Kristmess Designs has a new kit called Bunny love and it is also about love! I love the color combination and the watercolor look. Orange and purple a beautiful combination!

Chipmunks

Are you an animal lover? I am! I love going to the Zoo, but I also love the animals closer to home. Dogs, cats, farm animals, birds. On vacation I take pictures of every animal I see. When I was in the USA in 2016 I saw so many animals we do not have in Europe. I saw prairiedogs, bison, American eagle, alls sorts of deer, but my most favorite: chipmunks! They are so very cute, I could not stop taking pictures, I saw so many of them.

I like them so munch I had to do a scrap. The template is by Heart String Scraps and the kit is Always on my mind by Kathryn Estry.

Winter blessings

Yesterday I was in a scrapping mood. First I made two Quick pages for the release to come by Kristmess Designs. This kit is called Bunny Love and is sooooo very cute. When it is released I will show some pages.

After that I was still in a scrapping mood so I did a template challenge for Gingerscraps. The template is by Miss Fish designs and I filled it up with Winter Wonderland by Kristmess Designs.

Smile

It is only January 17 but in the scrapbooking stores you see a lot of "pink" new releases. Of course, just 4 weeks to go for Valentine's day. My own Valantine has the meaning that Valentine's day is just one commercial happening, so no cards or flowers for me. Luckily my Birthday is on the 16th and I'll get my flowers then.
